1. Provides senior level support in functional areas of People & Organization including but not limited to recruitment and employment, maintenance of personnel records’ employee and/or labour relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects. 2. Works closely with functional team leaders as needed on strategic P&O initiatives that may include performance management, work force planning, employee learning and development, diversity, compliance, recruitment, exit and/or compensation-related action items. 3. Creation and Maintenace of employee policies, guidelines, and processes. 4. Owner of Safety: As the key driver for fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices. 5. Responsible for employee relations matters. 6. Owner of local P&O system: responsibility for managing, maintaining, and overseeing the functionality and effectiveness of the local P&O system. 7. Customizes and delivers specific P&O initiatives such as coaching managers on performance management, employee development, succession management, leads HR projects for the business unit. 8. Professional compensation processes and their implementation according to tariff and internal regulations. 9. Oversees/assists in the day-to-day delivery of People & Organization projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management). 10. Drive performance management initiatives for the business. 11. Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution. 12. Cultivate business partner and employee relationship to be culture guardian, acting as culture ambassador through walking the talk for diversity, equity and Inclusion and lift employee value proposition. Build culture and engagement across the company by organising events, owning annual social calendar and communications plan. 要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above, human resources related major is preferred. CET-4 or above, good English ability for multinational work environment. 2. Three years or above recruiting experience, background in headhunting company is an advantage. 3. Positive and active, good communication skill and negotiation skill. 4. Customer focus with service mind-set, quick to learn. 5. Experience in training is an advantage. 6. Experience in team management is an advantage.
