Job responsibility:
1. Lead and direct to set up and operate company quality assurance system; 2. Manage, oversee quality management system operation; 3. Manage, coordinate and oversee daily quality management and continuous improvement activities (equipment management, supplied material inspecting standard setting up, metrology management, supplier quality, facility, maintenance, systems, continuous improvement), oversee and coordinate Performance Excellence projects implementation through tools such as Lean Enterprise, Employee Involvement, Quality Management, Project Management, Six Sigma, 5S+1; 4. Lead the company‘s RBS programs, lead the company to continuously improve and and achieve the group‘s RBS operating targets; 5. Performance management and development of the team; 6. Develop and administer department annual budget; 7. Under the leadership of Plant Manager, co-work with the Safety and Health Committee to carry out EHS management and assist on related solutions; 8. Ensure the department activities in line with relevant laws and regulations, quality management system, environmental management system and OH&S management system requirements; comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position; to carry out the instructions and requirements on safety production of the company and department, fully responsible for the safety production management of the subordinate team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related subject; 2. At least 8 years’ experience of manufacturing engineering in multinational company, including 3 years as manager; 3. Continuedly improvement management skill; 4. Rich experience in team management and good team player; 5. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system; 6. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills and people influence; 7. Proficient in Microsoft office software; 8. Good at English both in writing and speaking; 9. Green belt training or six sigma training is preferred.
