Responsibility 岗位职责:
Support production processes and optimization of current ones负责生产工艺并优化现有流程
cWorking under the LEAN principles and tools to give support to the Production team.
根据精益原则和工具为生产团队提供支持
Main job contents 主要工作内容：
Continuously improve the existing process, review if they are scientific and reasonable.对现有工艺不断改进，审查工艺的科学性、合理性。
Design and implement new jigs and tooling to help to optime the workshops设计和实施新的夹具和工具，以帮助优化车间
Lead the advance planning of new product development, review the scientific and rationality of product design and process.领导新产品开发的策划，审查产品设计、工艺的科学性、合理性
Lead and implement and set up the new projects on-going （defining Tech Specs for machines, tooling and jigs, std workloads, lay-out）. 领导和实施并建立新项目（定义机器，工装夹具，标准工作量，布局的技术规格）
Make corresponding process standard, update SOP timely （Standard of Production） , and train staff制定相应工艺标准，及时更新SOP、产品标准，培训给员工
Deal with quality problems of non conforming products.处理不合格品质量问题。
Stop the production behavior that does not conform to the process regulation and requirement in time, and give correction and guidance.及时制止不符合工艺规定和要求的生产行为，并给予纠正及指导
Identify cost-saving opportunities in production processes and layouts. 识别生产流程和布局中的成本节约机会
Work to reduce operational costs while maintaining or improving product quality. 在保持或提高产品质量的同时降低运营成本。
Review and analyze production process regularly and report to superior.定期对生产过程进行总结、分析并汇报至上级
Confidentiality of production information.生产信息的保密
Cooperate with other departments on production process.配合其它部门关于生产工艺的工作。
Complete other tasks that belong to job responsibilities.完成其他属于岗位职责内的工作内容。

Qualifications 任职资格：
Educational background 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree or above.大专及以上学历
Major in material, polymer, mechanism engineering, process engineering or related one.
材料、高分子、机械工程、工艺工程专业等相关专业
Work experience 工作经验
At least 10 years’ experience in optimization processes and industrializations with knowledge. 至少10年的工艺优化和工业化经验。
Experience in automotive sector, electronics, helmets would be an advantage and experience in below technologies an asset: injection plastic parts, composites are a plus, molding, automatic working stations （robot stations）.
在汽车行业，电子，头盔方面有经验者优先，在以下技术方面有经验者优先:注塑塑料件，复合材料，成型，自动工作站（机器人工作站）。

Have root cause analysis ability, can independently organize root cause analysis, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures 具备根源分析能力，能独立组织开展根源分析，并协助制定、实施纠正和预防措施。
Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，如：Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT等
Ability to design, implement, improve and evaluate project process具备项目工艺的设计、实施、改进及评价能力
Soft skills 软性技能
Time schedule management （Such as attend and finish meeting on time, close the task before the deadline） 时间管理（如开会准时、事情按时间节点完成等）
