岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、负责语言类课程一线教学实施工作，负责带领教学团队进行日常学生教学质量的监督和把控，定期与学生面谈，提供个性化学习方案；
Responsible for the implementation of language courses, lead the teaching team in supervising and controlling the quality of student teaching on a daily basis, conduct regular meetings with students, and provide personalized learning plans.
2、针对教学中出现的问题，提出及时有效的改善建议和方案，不断完善各项目的教学管理工作，提高教学质量和学生成果；
Identify and propose timely and effective improvement suggestions and plans for issues that arise during teaching, continuously improve the teaching management of various programs, and enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
3、负责英语教师团队的日常工作督导、绩效考核、磨课、教学技巧指导等教学管理、教学教研工作；负责定期组织教师进行教研及教学活动设计，做好对教学课程、任课教师考评管理及教学质量的监督；
Supervise the daily work of the English teaching team, including performance evaluation, lesson observation, teaching skills guidance, and other teaching management and research work. Organize regular teacher research and teaching activity design, and ensure supervision of teaching course evaluation, teacher evaluation, and teaching quality.
4、负责学校英语教学管理工作，包括但不限于：教学培训、一线教学、教学管理、教学评估等工作；
Responsible for the management of English teaching at the school, including but not limited to: teaching training, frontline teaching, teaching management, and teaching assessment.
5、配合市场招生和学校综合管理需要的其他工作安排。
Assist in other work arrangements related to marketing, enrollment, and overall school management as required.
任职资格：
1、硕士或以上学历背景，英语或教育学专业优先，英文能力极其优秀（雅思总分7分或者托福总分100分以上）；有雅思、或A-LEVEL等国际课程一线教学和教师团队管理经验；
Master‘s degree or above, with a preference for English or Education majors. Excellent English proficiency （IELTS overall score of 7 or TOEFL overall score of 100 or above）. Experience in teaching international courses such as IELTS or A-Levels and managing teaching teams is preferred.
2、具备5年以上语言教学工作经历，3年以上国际高中教学管理工作经验者优先（学校工作经验是必须项）。
More than 5 years of language teaching experience, with at least 3 years of experience in international high school teaching management （school work experience is a must）.
3、擅长语言版块教学工作，熟悉雅思语言考试教学。
Proficient in language teaching, familiar with IELTS language exam instruction.
4、热爱教育事业，具有良好的组织、沟通、协调和应变能力。
Passionate about education, with good organizational, communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.
5、具有较强的执行力和团队管理能力。
Strong execution and team management abilities.
6、具有良好的学习能力，注重细节，有高度责任心。
Demonstrates good learning ability, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.

Additionally, We also offer the EPQ （Extended Project Qualification） program, which aims to enhance students’ academic skills and extend their leaning beyond the curriculum by exploring super-curricular areas.
