柯达（中国）股份有限公司成立于1998年3月，是柯达在中国感光行业超过12亿美元投资的项目之一，主要生产彩色胶卷和彩色相纸。公司在厦门海沧投资建造的工厂于2000年6月竣工并全面投产。柯达海沧工厂采用柯达公司几十年的经验和先进的技术设备，包括从乳剂制备、感光涂布到整理包装等所有工序，是柯达在中国以至亚洲最大的生产基地。
KCCL Xiamen was formed in Mar. 1998 to produce various types of color photographic film and paper. It is a major component of Kodak’s $1.2 billion investment in China. By June 2000, Haicang site construction work has finished and the new plant went into operation. Having adopted dozens of years of Kodak expertise and advanced technology and equipment, the Haicang site is Kodak’s largest manufacturing site in Asia and conducts the complete manufacturing process of emulsion preparation, sensitizing, finishing and packaging.
