* 4. Performing the tests as planned. Test failure analysis and report, report
for test result.
根据项目计划完成测试，分析失效原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告
* 5. Arrange the test resource and align project related case with project team.
产品测试资源协调与沟通，项目团队间合作与沟通。
* 6. Coordination with project manager and development team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* 1. University degree related Mechanical and Electronics Engineering
机械或电子相关专业本科学历及以上
* 2. 5 years of experience in Sensor or Electronics testing activity.
五年以上电子或者传感器产品测试经验
* 3. Experienced with testing: customer requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation,
深度理解测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试文档
* 4. Basic knowledge of automotive product development process, experienced with development product validation process.
对汽车产品开发流程有一定的了解，熟悉产品的开发验证流程。
* 5. Fluent English, both oral and written. Capable to communicate in English with globule colleagues with daily work.
英语听说读写熟练， 能用英语和国外的同事进行工作交流。
* 6. Good to be familiar with OEM validation standards, international test norms and ISO 17025
熟悉主机厂测试标准和国际通用测试规范和 ISO 17025 实验室管理体系的优先考虑。
