| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Description:
Support Production& Quality control
--Trouble shooting in daily production
-- Update the working instructions base on new quality or technical requirement
--Train trainer base on production requirement
--Optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect
--Production database maintenance
--Maintenance BOM and routine in SAP
- RPN reduction
Improve productivity
--Improve operation method by MTM2/SBM2 analysis
--Improve process internal line by LADM methodology
--Improve process between different lines by MPH
--Improve process flow by optimizing layout, material position…
Capacity study and monitor
--Base on the newest forecast from logistic, do the capacity study to see the ---gap between them and find solution. Improve process internal line by LADM methodology
--Update capacity and enlarge it by temporary method if something change
--Long term capacity expectation（3 years）, make an investment plan
SPS follow up
--Keep diagnosis result, to find new waste happened
--Continuously improve the IE level in whole plant
--Optimize the material handling process
--Push logistic to improve raw material package size in localization project
--Improve the old line architecture or design a new line architecture base on lean manufacturing concept
Smart Factory& Digital
--Deploy advanced manufacturing technology （Automation, AI etc. ）
--Support and collaborate with digital team for digital solution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 2-5yrs experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis
- Good at written and spoken English
- Have background in Lean methodology or digitization
