Position Overview职位概览:
Responsible for talent acquisition, support training, employee activities and other P&O related affairs with good collaboration.
负责日常招聘工作,支持公司培训项目,员工活动的开展,以及人力资源其他模块相关工作。

Main Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Responsible to explore and maintain recruitment channel. In charge of the whole recruitment process, including but not limited to resume screening, interview, reference check etc. To make sure to meet our recruitment target timely and efficiently.
开发和维护招聘渠道,负责整个招聘流程,包括但不限于,简历筛选,面试, 背景调查等,以确保及时有效地完成招聘任务。
2. Assist to arrange, organise, and track the assessment for training activities to support employee’s growth.
协助完成公司培训项目活动的组织,实施和跟进评估。
3. Process and update P&O-related reports (eg. turnover rate, recruitment tracking report etc.) and system accurately and on time.
准确、按时完成人力资源相关数据报表(如离职率,招聘报表等),以及人事系统的维护。
4. Support personnel affairs, assist culture related events and activities.
支持人事相关事务及手续办理,协助企业文化等员工活动的组织。
5. Support other things assigned by P&O leader.
完成上级领导交办的其他事项。

Main Requirements岗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree, Human resources management or English related major are preferred.
本科学历, 人力资源管理或英语相关专业优先。
2. Above 2 years working experience in recruitment, familiar with labour law, local labour market.
2年以上招聘工作经验,熟悉劳动法律法规,了解当地人才市场情况。
3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.
积极主动、学习能力强,且对人和新的任务有热情和兴趣。
4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.
客户导向,有服务意识,善于沟通。
5. Basic English speaking and writing skills.
基本的英语听说读写能力。
