Main Responsibilities:
1. Have cost sense, release purchase orders to suppliers in reasonable MOQ and delivery date in cost efficient manner.
有成本意识,采用合理的MOQ和交期有效控制成本以下达采购订单。
2. Maintain good commercial cooperation and relation with supplier. Keenly follow up order status through sufficient and proactive communication with suppliers to ensure on time delivery, and feedback confirmed delivery to relative department in a timely manner.
与供应商维持良好的商业合作关系。积极与供应商充分沟通并及时跟踪订单状态确保准时交货,及时反馈交期给相关需求部门。
3. Coordinate with PMC to monitor material arrival status and delivery plan to ensure on time delivery; work closely with Warehouse for goods receiving,warehouse space and stock issues; liaise with Sourcing and Quality department for relative supplier issues.
与生产计划于物料控制专员配合协调,监控物料的到达时间以确保准时交货; 与仓库紧密配合收货, 仓库空间及库存事宜; 与国产化,质量部配合处理相关供应商事宜,积极协助有关部门解决使用过程中出现的质量等问题。
4. Timely share forecast to suppliers; monitoring long lead-time & key parts status.
及时分享订单预测给供应商, 监测较长交期物料及关键物料的状况。
5. Responsible for supplier invoice issues and cooperate with Finance for relative invoice and accounting issues.
负责供应商发票处理,跟财务部门配合解决发票付款和相关的账务问题。
Learn product and manufacturing process of the product, frequent visit workshop to knowledge about the physical objects and assembly 6. process, etc. for better handling of purchasing business.
学习产品的特点和产品的加工制造过程,进车间了解产品,以及组装工艺等,以便更好地管理采购业务。
7. Good use of ERP system to process orders and other business issues.
良好地操作ERP系统处理订单和业务事宜。

Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in international trade, business administration, finance or relevant.
本科学历, 国贸, 商务管理或财务相关专业
2. 1-3 years’ working experience in purchasing/planning, fresh graduate with high potential is also acceptable.
1-3年以上采购/计划相关工作经验, 条件好的应届毕业生也可接受。
3. Great communication and negotiation skills, diligent and details oriented, active team player.
良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧, 工作认真细致, 积极的团队合作精神
4. Good command of English.
良好的英语书面及口语能力
