Duties and responsibilities,
1.Review month end closing / year end closing and lead process improvement. Annual budgeting and controlling. Provides accurate and timely accounting information for both financial reporting and management analysis purpose；
2.Manage the preparation and submission of financial report and management accounting report including monthly financial report, BU report, CEO report, group report, profitability analysis, cash flow forecast etc.；
3.Treasury management and minimize foreign currency risk；
4.Lead for annual external / internal audit and implement internal control such as annual interest declaration, risk register, WFOE checklist etc.；
5.Setup and manage the internal control and financial risk management policy and procedures；
6.Lead system automation and migration to improve work efficiency；
7.Develops and motivates team members. Ensures that all team members are appropriately coached and trained in order to leverage talent throughout the organization.
8.Setup MA team’s annual objectives and training plan, perform staff annual performance appraisal；
9.Report findings and raise suggestions on problem solving to the direct manager；
10.Any other ad hoc tasks assigned；
Qualifications and Requirements,
1.Bachelor degree with major in accounting, finance or economics, CPA is preferred.
2.At least 5 years of professional experience in finance / management accounting；
3.Energetic, proactive and willing to assume responsibilities；
4.Strong analytical skills with proven track records；
5.Excellent Excel skills, familiar with other MS office software （Word, PPT etc.）；
6.Good at time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently；
7.Being capable of communicating fluently in English is essential （both verbally and in writing）；
8.Strong communication and presentation skills with senior management；
9.Independent, hardworking, capable of multi-tasking.
