岗位职责：
1. 负责材料理化检测工作， 钢材/ 标准件/ 锻件理化检验及铸件材质分析
Responsible for the physical and chemical testing of metal materials, steel / standard parts / physical and chemical testing of the forgings and casting material analysis
2. 负责新项目样品件理化检验/ 焊接件质量评定/ 热处理件质量评定
Responsible for materials inspection of samples from new project / welding quality assessment / heat treatment parts quality assessment
3. 负责液压系统零部件污染度测试/ 盐雾实验及评定/ 油漆及辅料理化检测
Responsible for hydraulic system components pollution test / salt spray test and assessment / paint and auxiliary physical and chemical testing
4. 负责生产制程/ R＆D台架试验/ 客户故障件的失效分析
Responsible for failure analysis
5. 维护指定的实验设备，保证分析结果准确可靠
Maintain the specified test equipment to ensure the analysis results are accurate and reliable
6. 在材料方面，为其他部门提供专业技术支持
Provide professional technical support for other departments about the material
7. 完成部门主管分配的其他工作事项
Complete other departmental tasks assigned by the supervisor
