1.As a Project ＆ Product Manager for our Engine Compartment Actuators you will be responsible to a） implement application projects in the product development involving all required multi-local resources to meet the customer requirements and mainly b） take the internal responsibility for one of our products.

2.For the projects you harmonize and define the technical requirements with the internal ＆ external customers in the form of defined project descriptions. For the product management, you are in charge of the commercial success of the actuator, controlling the acquisitions towards our customers, manage upcoming problems in the development or mass-production of the part and report to local and global management.
在项目管理中以项目描述的形式与内部和外部客户协调并定义技术要求。

3.You are responsible to achieve agreed targets in terms of project quality, costs and timing, mainly towards the internal management but also with the customers using existing methods by arrangement with the relevant departments.
保证项目的质量、成本和时间节点能完成既定目标。包括内部流程管理和对外管理客户需求、问题。


4.You plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.

5.You assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved to ensure the success of the product.
协调公司内部人员、客户和特殊部门的沟通以确保产品成功研发并量产。


6.You make the project controlling in the form of reviews （final and intermediate reports） with the clients and internal management on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.
根据与客户协商好的质量、成本和时间的目标，定期审查（最终和中级报告），控制项目在确定的预算范围内


7.You make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project （operating equipment, investments etc.） in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


1. Major in engineering
理工科相关专业


2. More than 5 years’ experience in project management, especially in manufactural projects
5年以上项目管理经验, 特别是制造研发类项目


3. Mature leadership skills in leading a team with 3-5 team members.
具有成熟的团队管理经验，曾作为3-5人团队的team leader


4. Management experience of multiple projects and know how to co-work with multinational teams.
具有多项目并行管理经验，擅长处理多国家团队合作项目


5. Good communication at written and verbal English
良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
