岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
1.Summarize quality information, handle ongoing product, customer complaint, FPY, 0Km＆Field returns, do analysis, improvement and report. 汇总质量信息，处理生产线改进、汇报，制作质量挂图。

2.Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer. Handle customer complain about quality to satisfy the customer, do 8D report. 站在客户的角度推进内部质量改进,

3.Hold quality meeting, follow up quality issues till corrective action finished, and deal with ongoing production quality issues. 召开质量会议，跟进质量问题直至问题关闭，并负责处理生产现场质量问题

4.Take part in edition, update, and training control plan WI/Check list.负责编制，更新和培训控制计划, 检验作业指导书/表单。

5.Take part in PFMEA creation and audit.监控不良成本。

6. Take part in the quality development in process参与前期过程开发的质量控制

7.Do MSA and edit MSA plan. MSA研究和编制MSA分析计划

8.Make and maintenance printing, inspection, punching master for product, collect defect samples.制定和维护新产品的标准样件，完善缺陷样件

9.Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result.安排并跟踪产品年度试验

10.Take part in PFMEA creation and audit.参与PFMEA制定与审核

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor or above, mechanical engineering or mechatronics or precision engineering

2.Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 , VDA 6.3, Professional knowledge of quality tools （SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA.） Problem Solving Skill（8D, FTA, 5 Why etc.）

3.At least 3 years’ experience in quality and process control

4.Workable in oral and written English
