主要职责Main Responsibilities
1. Cooperate in the designing of work systems with the aim of improving the productivity of production process flows under ergonomic aspects；
和其他部门合作参与到生产线的设计，在充分考虑人机工程的要求下，以提高生产效率，
2. Use MTM analysis to improve line balancing to reduce wastes
使用MTM分析，改善线平衡以减少浪费。
3. Update the industrial engineering data and fields of the routing in SAP, Check the adherence to planned working method and calculated cycle times；
在SAP更新工业工程以及工艺路线（步骤、时间）相关的数据，并检查方法和数据的一致性
4. Carry out continuous improvement projects/workshops to reduce costs；
实施持续改进项目/研讨会以降低成本；
5. Facilitate continuous in the plant, and monitor the progress of Cost Saving Program；
促进公司的持续改进，并监控公司的“成本节约项目”的进展状态；
6. Support the implementation of HelPS （Hella Production System） RoadMap, monitor and review the progress；
支持海拉生产系统路线图的实施，监控并评审其进展状态；
7. Implement/roll out global standards related to continuous improvement, develop local process/standard related to continuous improvement if necessary.
实施/推广海拉全球与持续改进相关的标准，如果需要指定工厂自己的与持续改进相关的流程。
8. Conduct training on continuous improvement tools and methods.
举行持续改进方法和工具的培训

职位要求Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree ；
本科学历
2. Minimum of three years experience in manufacturing or engineering in an automotive manufacturing environment ；
至少三年汽车领域的制造或者工程工作经验
3. Good knowledge of lean/continuous improvement, skilled in improvement tools and methods, and years of hands-on experience.
具有良好的精益/持续改进的知识，熟练掌握持续改进的工具和方法，以及实施持续改进项目的经验
4. Good command of speaking and written English will be a plus
具有良好的英语听说读写水平的候选人将优先考虑
5. Very good communication skills internally and externally

6. Excellent computer skills, SAP will be a plus
