岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
A Environmental Health and Safety Management
1.Performs studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies
2.Formulates general safety policies and procedures to be followed by company or plant personnel in compliance with local, and state rules and regulations.
3.Consults with all departments on design and use of equipment, shops, and fire prevention and safety program.
4.Inspects or tours organization facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, and recommends corrective or preventive measures where indicated.
5.Trains managers and employees on the hazards of working with toxic fumes, dangerous chemicals, and any other hazardous substances. This includes training on how to read MSDS sheets.
6.Provides training for any required safety licensing including forklift ect.
7.Participates in the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
8.Compiles and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies.
9.Leading he 5S program and other training programs or media, which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote safety consciousness.
10.Oversees all safety awareness programs which includes various types of incentives.
11.Maintains safety files and records.
12.Develop teams, and serve as chairman, to study safety and ergonomics in the plant. Record team meetings, provide detailed investigation data so recommendations for improvements in work processes, equipment, supplies, proper employee training to do the job, are substantive. Provide measurable graphs to compare cost of improvements to actual cost of worker’s compensation injuries.
13.Strives for continual improvement in performing job duties and Responsibilities.
14.Act as the Management Representative for the Environmental Management System (EMS).
15.Ensure that an EMS is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 14001.
16.Report to top management of the performance of the EMS for review, including recommendations for improvement.
17.Any other duties deemed critical for the day to day operations.
B Canteen and Cleanness Management
1.Manage daily service in canteen and outsourcing cleanness
2.Solve employee complain and cooperate with canteen, continue improvement
3.Lead food committee
Carrying out other tasks related to this position
(including examining and evaluating suggestions for improvement, as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor‘s degree for Environmental Science and safety.
2.Effective communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
3.More than 5 years related working experience, minimum 3 years in an international company.
4.Good command of English.
