* Clarify the customer requirement, transfer customer requirement to design team and ensure the transparency of the requirement.
明确客户需求，确保需求的一致性。

* Promote Hella product in China Market；
在中国市场推广海拉的产品。

* Technical window between Customer, Hella, Tier one supplier？ and Tier？ two supplier during the product development；
在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、一级、二级供应商的技术接口。

* Coordinate the internal design to full fill the customer requirement；
协调内部研发以满足客户的需求。

* Design new feature for vehicle body control unit function to fulfill customer requirement.
设计产品新功能以满足客户需求。

* Collect the Marketing information and looking for the opportunity, support the quotation.
收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会，支持项目报价。

* Transfer know-how of new product from Hella headquarter to Hella Shanghai；
从海拉总部掌握产品核心技术，并转移到内部团队。

* Other job assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。


任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering；
电子工程相关学士或以上学位。

* At least 4 years electronic design experience in automotive body electronic products, and familiar with Vehicle system architecture；
至少4年车身电子产品设计经验，并熟悉整车系统架构。

* At least 1 year software/hardware ？develop experience.
至少有一年软件/硬件开发背景。

* Familiar with Vector CANoe tools chain.
熟悉Vector CANoe工具链。

* Comprehensive Knowledge for Vehicle body electronics；
全面的车身电子的知识。

* Good in English using； good at communication and coordination skill；
很好的英语能力；很好的沟通和协调能力。

* Possible to travel to other city frequently；
可以经常出差。

* Familiar with office tool；
熟悉办公软件。

* Experience in BCM, PEPS design is preferred；
具有车身控制器、无钥匙进入启动控制器设计经验者优先。

* Experience in MKS, Doors is preferred.
具有MKS和DOORS系统使用经验者优先。

* Open mind and team work spirit.
思路开放和团队合作精神。
