岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

* Technical window between Customer, OEM, Tier one supplier and Hella during the product development；
在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、主机厂、一级供应商的技术接口。

* Clarify the customer technical requirement, transfer customer requirement to design team and ensure the accuracy and transparency of the requirement.
明确客户技术需求，并转化为设计需求，同时确保需求的准确性与一致性。

* Coordinate the internal design to full fill the customer requirement；
协调内部研发以满足客户的需求。

* On site support at Customer or OEM side for problem solving.
协助客户或主机厂现场解决问题。

* Analyze and evaluate the data from OEM bench and vehicle test.
分析并评估主机厂台架及路试数据。

* Promote Hella product in China Market；
在中国市场推广海拉的产品。

* Collect the marketing information and look for the opportunity, support the quotation.
收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会，支持项目报价。

* Transfer know-how of new product from Hella headquarter to local team；
从海拉总部掌握产品核心技术，并转移到内部团队。

* Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent degrees；
机电工程、电子工程或相关专业学士或以上学位。

* At least 2 years of electronic design or application experience in automotive or relevant industries, and familiar with vehicle system architecture；
至少2年汽车或相关行业的电子设计或应用经验，熟悉车身结构。

* Experience in mechanical design will be an advantage.
具有机械设计经验者优先考虑。

* Comprehensive knowledge and application experience on communication protocol in automotive industry: CAN, LIN, SENT protocol, etc.
对汽车行业使用的通信协议，如CAN、LIN、SENT协议有较深理解及应用经验。

* Familiar with engine compartment structure and working principle.
熟悉汽车发动机架构及工作原理。

* Basic knowledge on data processing. Experience in Matlab or other software tools.
数据处理的基本知识。有Matlab或相关软件使用经验。

* Fluent in spoken and written English； good at communication and coordination skill；
英语说写流利；良好的沟通和协调能力。

* Familiar with office tools；
熟悉办公软件。

* Be able to travel frequently；
可以经常出差。

* Open mind and team work spirit.
思路开放和团队合作精神。
