岗位描述YOUR TASKS
1.Keep track of the market, design, evaluate and modify the C&B structure and policies to ensure the appropriateness and competitiveness.
2.Prepare and analyze C&B function data and HR relate reports.
3.Support the annual/quarterly headcount planning, responsible of personnel cost. Ensure the cost accuracy, provide initiatives and insights on improvement plan.
4.Annual and monthly performance management. Implement the performance appraisal process. Key talents definition and talent management.
5.Lead and develop the C&B team. Support and coach other C&B members.
6.Other job assigns by management and support to HR other functions.
任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachlor degree or above.Major in HR C&B or related experience
2.Familiar with compensation and benefit management; Good experience in HC&personnel cost budgeting, etc.Familiar with the labor law
3.Experience in C&B function, minimum 8 years in an international company.
4.Fluent English
