岗位职责要求 |
职责描述：
1. Drive Customer Complaint and Return Handling related to product quality.
主导与产品质量相关的客诉和退货处理。
2. Drive Quality Planning Process including FMEA （Risk Management）, Control Plan and Process Audit, etc.
主导质量策划流程，包括失效模式和后果分析（风险管理）、控制计划和过程稽核等。
3. Set up inspection procedures based on material/product specifications and customer requirement.
基于材料/产品规格以及顾客要求制订检验规范。
4. Train and qualify line QC inspectors to implement inspection procedure. Act as coacher of QCs.
培训和认证检验人员，以执行检验规范。对检验人员进行指导。
5. Take part in process ＆ Equipment validation.
参与过程和设备确认。
6. Authorize to release in-process product ＆ FG （If they meet the pre-defined spec） relating to his/her responsible product line.
授权放行相关产线的过程产品和成品 （产品符合既定规格）。
7. Perform quality record review to develop quality metric, then perform statistical analysis of process data, interpret and organize results.
评审质量记录制订质量度量方法，对过程数据做统计分析，编制并形成结论。
8. Define the process for quality analysis, make the statistic based on the analysis. Drive with other Engineers for failure investigation, including NC, CAPA, deviation, quality cost, and inspection defects investigation, etc. Organize quality improvement projects.
建立质量分析流程，对问题点进行统计。带动相关工程师进行不良分析，包括不良报告，纠正预防措施，质量偏差，质量成本以及检验问题等。组织质量改进专案。
9. Feedback the opportunity to related function for further analysis and improvement, and follow up the improvement to ensure the opportunities being improved effectively till the case closed as schedule.
将问题点反馈给相关职能做进一步分析和改进，追踪问题的改善状况以保证问题能有效地被改进，并将问题按预定时间关闭。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above preferred. 本科或以上学历优先
2. Mechanical or Electronic Basis preferred. 机械或电子背景优先
3. Familiar with quality management and analysis tools 熟悉质量管理和分析工具
4. Fluent verbal and written English. 熟练的英语口语和书面语能力
