岗位职责要求 |
职责描述：
1. Has a basic understanding of engineering parts in plastic and metal, as well as the tooling ＆ process technology involved.
了解注塑件，钣金件和硅胶件的零件设计，对相应的模具和制程有所了解
2. Demonstrates good command of computer-aided design tools, for example Creo.
熟练的掌握相关电脑辅助设计软件，例如-Creo
3. Undertakes elementary design tasks and sustaining tasks without supervision.
能够自行承担元件设计和产品维护工作
4. Able to create mechanics documents needed for key milestones （for example Mech BOM, TFP‘s） and 2D drawings within given design guidelines, standards and procedures.
能够根据他人或者流程的指导，提供项目各个关键里程碑需要的机械设计文档（ 例如 BOM, TFP或者2D 图）
5. Able to participate in the planning and follow up on tool trials, support assembly builds, capture and summarize the findings.
参与制定项目的计划，跟踪产品的试制，并且能够在试制中发现和总结问题
6. Able to participate in analyzing and carrying out root cause analysis.
能够参与产品问题的分析解决过程
7. Able to work closely with colleagues from different culture as a team.
能够适应全球化的项目合作方式或者团体合作
任职要求：
1. Bachelor or above, major in Mechanics, Polymer science or equivalent.
机械设计专业，材料科学或者其他相关学科本科或者以上学历
2. Technical background including plastic, sheet metal and rubber part design and relevant tooling and DFM knowledge, etc.
注塑件，钣金件，硅胶件以及相应制程和DFM 的技术背景
3. Skillful in Creo or relevant CAD software. Able to apply Top-Down design to create 3D design files and relevant 2D drawing.
擅长Creo或者其他类似的CAD 软件。能够通过Top-Down的设计理念进行3D 设计和绘制2D
4. Experience in FEA analysis or mold flow will be preferred.
FEA 或者Mold Flow 方面有相关经验更佳
5. Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
