Main Responsibilities 职责描述:
-In general, responsible for all customer support activities.
总体负责定制生产的客户支持相关工作。
-Ensure on-time delivery.
确保及时交货。
-Track production order process to keep order commitment.
跟踪订单流程。
-Make shipping schedule and deliver shipping notice to customer.
知会客户出货计划和物流信息直至客人收到产品。
-Coordinate to resolve any quality, capacity or material issue related to production plan.
协调处理生产计划中关于质量、产能及物料问题。
-Process urgent orders or customer requirement in a flexible and professional way.
处理紧急订单。
-Handle customer complaint and provide feedback timely.
处理客户抱怨,及时反馈。
-Make customer survey periodically, analyze and report.
客户满意度调查。
-Balance capacity and priority to achieve high delivery performance.
平衡优先权。
-Support Transfer Projects.
参与并支持转移项目及新产品项目。
-Ensure meet targeted TAT (turn-around time) and make analysis
确保实现订单周转时间目标值并进行相关分析。
-Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
持续改进,不断提高工作绩效。
-Other tasks assigned by the superior.
其他上级交办事项。
Qualification 任职要求:
-Bachelor Degree or above, major in English and International Trade preferred. 本科或以上学历,英语或国际贸易专业优先。
-2 years or above customer service or related experience. Knowledge of production process or operation is preferred. 2年或以上客服或相关经验。了解生产运作尤佳。
-Good customer service, communication and coordination skill.良好的客户服务,沟通及协调能力。
-Fluent English both in written and spoken. 英语口语及读写流利。
-Can work on night shift. 能上夜班。
