职责描述：
? Forecast templates refresh and e-mails distribution to subsidiaries
负责刷新需求预测报表及邮件分发给子公司
? Follow up monthly forecast submission status and send on-time submission reminder
跟进每月需求预测提交情况，并及时发送提醒
? Forecast upload to systems based on monthly forecast calendar
根据需求预测工作日历及时整理并上传需求预测数据到各个系统
? Assist with dummy order handling process and shipment status follow up
协助样机订单处理及后续物流状态跟进
? Assist team members with ad hoc planning analysis
协助团队进行各种计划相关数据分析
? Delivery notes maintain and update
? 发货信息的维护与更新
? Daily demand tracker running and collating
? 每天需求报告的更新与整理
? Refresh Planning reports
? 日常刷新计划相关报告
? Maintain the planning parameter for end-of-life products in JBDC ERP system
? 维护ERP系统中已中止产品的计划相关参数
? Other tasks assigned by process owners
? 其他业务主办分配的工作事项
任职要求：
? University or college, science majority is preferred
本科或大专，理工科优先
? Fresh graduated with probation experience or 1-2 year working experience
有实习经历的毕业生或有1-2年工作经验者
? Logic thinking and details focus
逻辑清晰，关注细节
? Good English both in written and oral
英语说写流利
? Basic Excel skill
掌握基础的Excel使用技巧
? Good communication skill
