岗位职责要求 |
Job Responsibilities:
1. Communication link between Chinese supplier and GNR, regarding tool planning.
2. Follow up on adjustment and modification time schedule and communication link between Part designer ＆ supplier.
3. Tool Project planning support for each tool manufactured or back-up tools in China （Tooling Budget） to meet overall new product project plan.
4. Assist on the planning of back-up tools.
5. RFQ （request for quotation） on Prototype tooling and modifications on production tooling.
6. Make sure that the TTT （tool trial test）, APIR and QIP documents are done technically correctly for tools and in time.
7. Insure that procedures for manufacturing and qualifying of our tools are understood and followed by suppliers.
8. Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
9. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of tool design or mechanical engineering degree is preferred.
Technical experienced tool maker is preferred.
2. 3 Years above tooling related experience.
3. Skillful in Microsoft Office application.
Skillful in at least one kind of CAD 3D software and 2D software, Pro/E is preferred.
4. Strong personal drive.
Able to keep focus and get things done in a structured way with full documentation.
Scientific mindset and analytic.
Team player.
Fluent technical English language and Chinese.
