岗位职责要求 |
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible of new supplier quality qualification according to global procedures ensure that the supplier is capable to be a supplier for GNR, conduct supplier quality audit according to supplier audit program.
2. Conduct new components qualifications according to global procedures, to ensure that suppliers deliver the required quality for new projects. This includes also requalification of existing components.
3. Handle Complaint towards the supplier based upon field quality issues.
4. Follow up on supplier corrective actions on day to day issues and maintain applicable statistics.
5. Be responsible for component quality from the beginning to end of life.
6. Review and approve for relevant change request in relation to quality, to ensure suppliers always respond correctly to ECO.
7. Assist sourcing engineers in corporate cost reduction initiatives.
8. Work with suppliers and colleagues for the continuous improvements program in quality.
9. Train the supplier for making sure that they always are up to date with GNR’s requirements.
10. Other work related tasks assigned by the superior.
Education-Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or above preferred.
Working Experience- Above 3 years relevant working experience in quality assurance area or production environment as Supplier Quality Engineer or Process Quality Engineer or similar preferred
Professional Requirement-
1. Good ability to interpret technical specifications。
2. Good knowledge in ISO900X, ISO13485 （FDA/GMP, European MDD） and other relevant quality standards.
3. Good knowledge in statistical process control and statistical techniques.
4. Excellent user of MS office package, MS Access and Navision is a plus.
5. Fluent English both oral and written
6. 6 sigma green belt or above will be preferred.
