Job Summary:
?Establish engineering resource in EU and Asia manufacturing sites and support the implementation of process improvements and global manufacturing standards as defined by GMO
?Monitor manufacturing performance, ensure compliance to global standards, and identify opportunities for improvement
?Contribute to GMO charter of global process ownership
Job Responsibilities:
?Provide manufacturing engineering support
?Support the implementation and optimize of manufacturing process
?Provide process and standard governance per GMO requirements
?Support target manufacturing sites to ensure alignment with global （GMO） standards and other RoCs （Xiamen and Malaysia in particular）
?Mentor local engineering and technical team
?Support Europe and Asia sales from an operations perspective； including areas such as product specifications, quality, performance, etc.
