工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
1. 了解生产工艺，梳理工序流程。
Understand production process and make process sequence.
2. 测算标准工时，进行产线平衡，并制作产线布局图。
Calculate standard minutes, do line balancing and make article layout.
3. 根据生产计划和进度安排，核算产线人员需求。
Calculate line manning requirement according to production plan and schedule.
4. 协助解决生产瓶颈问题。
Assist in solving production bottleneck issues.
5. 提出降本增效或其他改善建议。
Provide suggestions for raising efficiency and reducing cost or other improvement suggestions.
6. 必要时参与新设备或工具的开发。
Involve in the development of new machines or tools when needed.
任职资格 Required Qualifications：
1. 本科学历，工业工程、机械工程或自动化专业。
Bachelor degree, majored in Industrial Engineering、Mechanical engineering or automation.
2. 3-5年工业工程工作经验。
3-5 years of IE work experience.
3. 良好的英文和计算机水平。
Good English and computer skills.
4. 良好的沟通协调能力。
Good communication and coordination capability.
