Position Summary:
Make the materials plan, manage its execution in the purchasing and production scheduling, monitor optimal level of inventory to ensure balance of material supply flexibility and inventory investment at lowest cost.
制定材料计划，指导物料采购，配合生产计划。平衡库存，既保证一定的供货弹性，又合理控制库存成本。
Main Responsibilities:
1. Run Material Requirement Plan against Forecast and output material requirement plan, monitor material availability
根据收到的销售预测操作运行物料需求计划报表，输出物料计划并监督执行.
2. Have flexibility and responsiveness analysis for urgent request /big orders.
分析物料情况，有效地支持紧急订单或大单.
3. Work with global team to control EOL models and components. Assist PLC management.
配合总部控制EOL的机型和物料，协助管理产品生命周期.
4. Coordinate cross function to have well implementation for ECO/RCO release.
协调相关部门，更好地执行ECO/RCO.
5. Monthly review inventory with cross function, optimize inventory structure, control inventory under reasonable level.
每个月和相关部门一起检查库存状况，协同优化库存结构，合理控制库存水平。
6. Safety Stock analysis and maintain in system.
分析安全库存,并维护进系统.
7. Maintain the related item master data to ensure the correct information for material planning.
维护系统中物料计划相关主数据的内容.
8. Monitor and manage material planning and inventory related KPIs.
跟踪和管理物料计划和库存相关的KPI.
9. Support NPI or other company projects.
支持与配合新产品引入和公司其他项目的开展.
10. To continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
持续改进，不断提高工作绩效。
11. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor and above, science major preferred
2. Above 2 year relevant working experience
3. Rich knowledge of MRP and planning
4. Good analysis skills
5. Good English in both written and spoken
6. Good communicaiton skills
7. Teamplayer
